Customer satisfaction is important to us. Refunds are provided under the following conditions.

Eligible Refund Cases

Refund requests are accepted if:

  • Product arrives damaged or defective
  • Incorrect product is delivered
  • Item contains manufacturing defects

Refund Conditions

  • Request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery
  • Product must remain unused and in original packaging
  • Invoice or proof of purchase is required

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.
