Eligible Refund Cases
Refund requests are accepted if:
- Product arrives damaged or defective
- Incorrect product is delivered
- Item contains manufacturing defects
Refund Conditions
- Request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery
- Product must remain unused and in original packaging
- Invoice or proof of purchase is required
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.
